Our Customer Winning Blend

Our Independent blend is proven to be loved by our customers across our various Cafes. Our green beans are sourced ethically from regions of high quality and go through a process which includes the monitoring of extraction flow rates and extensive testing. A great coffee that cuts through milk-based coffees. As an espresso, it leaves a delicious taste and a craving for more.
Roasting Profile: This blend of coffees result in a well balanced and smooth taste with great intensity
Coffee Origins: Brazil, Guatemala, Papua New Guinea, Colombia
Aroma: The Papua New Guinean beans add mild chocolate tones, smooth, medium to full body & is fruity with citrus acidity

We also stock award-winning coffee by Speciality Roasters: Unity & Verona.

Dark Cocoa, Lemon and Grapefruit. A measured combination of Brazil, Sumatra and Ethiopia Guji green beans. A clean espresso with body and clarity through all stages of the experience. With clear and subtle notes of citrus in the first sip with no sacrifice of body - the result is a coffee that tastes exquisite as an espresso should, but is also complimented when milk is added.

Working With Us - All About You

A 2 Million Dollar roasting facility is utilised in order to ensure the highest standard of Coffee & Quality Assurance. Unfortunately, all it takes is often one bad cup of Coffee for consumers to declare that the Coffee “isn't good there”."

Our green coffee is tested for moisture, roasted, then tested against a standard, and also for any defects. After roasting, each batch is sampled and tested for colour using a laser colour meter against a standard to ensure they meet the taste profile for each blend. If any questions about the quality of the coffee arise at the Café level, then the troubleshooting starts in this environment. It’s important to know what your machine parameters and brewing targets are, so we can eliminate variables.

We keep up-to-date with the latest and best equipment & provide extensive Barista training to ensure consistently seamless, delicious cups of Coffee that anyone can achieve.

We have high standards and ensure you are equipped to deliver the same. The Barista training is hands-on and includes Latte art & sensory training which is often overlooked. A great barista needs to be able to be an expert and identify different notes like a Sommelier (wine expert, who can identify flavour notes).
